Year 5 News!

Year 5 have started to box up their ideas for their warm task this week. They have been inspired by a heart breaking video that talks about orangutans and how their homes are being crushed and destroyed by people. We have also looked at how plastic is destroying the world and have learned our text map ‘This Morning I Met A Whale’, based on the story by Michael Morpugo. We discussed how the plastic is polluting the ocean, the effect this is having on the environment and how this makes us feel. From this we have created a brilliant display!
