To complete a paper application form you will need to request one from the Schools Admissions Team at:  admissions@westnorthants.gov.uk

See our Admission Policy 2024 for more details.

Supplementary Information Forms (SIF) are available from the School Office or can be printed using the link at the bottom of this section - this must be returned to the school and not the Local Authority. These forms are in addition to the application form and must be completed and returned to school before the deadline for primary applications.

Applying for 'in-year' School place

What is an ‘in year’ school place?

The 'in year' application process is for children requiring a school place during the academic year, rather than at the usual transfer time into a school (starting primary school, moving to secondary school). Please see our Admissions Policy 2023 for criteria.

If you wish to make an application for your child at our school, please read our document titled 'How to apply for an In Year School place' before making your application.

You will need to complete an application form for each child you are looking to move to our school.

If you require a paper copy of our school's application form please either email enquiries@standrewsceva.uk or call the school office on 01604 406486.

If your child has an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan please contact the Special Needs Team on 0300 126 1013 for information on how to apply as there is a different process for these applications.

Appeals Timetable

The Governing Body of a Voluntary Aided School is the Admission Authority for the school and is therefore responsible for all admissions.  If a year group is oversubscribed – that is, there are more applications than places available – the governing body will apply the admissions criteria from the Admissions Policy, allocating places up to their Published Admission Number. Parents/guardians of those refused places are then entitled to appeal against the Governing Body’s decision.

We use the Diocesan Appeals Service for admissions appeals and all appeals will take place on Zoom.
