Year 6 Activity Week

Whilst most of Year 6 were in the Isle of Wight, the rest of the year group enjoyed a week of fantastic activities, many of which they had never done before!  These included trampolining and rollerblading at Benham Sports Centre, archery, baking bread and cheese straws, a visit to Stanwick Lakes and a tennis lesson from a professional tennis coach.  When in school they improved their woodworking and cross stitch skills to make a deck chair which could be used to hold a variety of personal items such as sunglasses and mobile phones.

All of the children really enjoyed the week.
