Year 1 & 2 Strictly Schools Dance News
On Sunday 21st July, our Year 1 & 2 Strictly dance team took part in the Strictly Schools Dancing competition at the Derngate. This was the first time that St. Andrew’s CEVA Primary School had entered this competition with Year 1 & 2. The children had to dance a ballroom dance- Waltz and a Latin dance- Samba. The children were fantastic and a real credit to our school. They danced with great rhythm and were in time to the music. The children thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity and seeing the judges, including the head judge Brendan Cole!
