Wellbeing Week – Hugging Trees!

As part of our work during Wellbeing Week, we spent time in our coats and wellies and focused on being calm and relaxed. We did this by hugging trees, listening to nature, our own breathing and smelling the freshness and the air.
The response from the children was amazing!
