Reception Year become ‘Toastmasters!’

Mrs Hodson bought the children a toaster last week and the smell of toast now fills the air. The children in EYFS have thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility of cooking and preparing their own toast snack. They are independent in this activity and have learnt the process of:

  1. Wash your hands
  2. Place bread in toaster
  3. Wait
  4. Use plastic tongs to take toast out
  5. Spread
  6. Eat J

The children also have to tidy and wash their dishes after.
