Alan the tortoise with friends visits Year 1!
On Tuesday 21st March Animals in Need came in to visit Year 1 and the children had a great time meeting land snails, a tortoise called Alan and a hedgehog!
The children listed to all about how to look after the animals and all the good work that Animals in Need do. Everyone had a chance to say hello to the animals, although ‘Alan’ was a bit tired and only popped his head out a few times!
Animals in Need kindly left the children with a colouring sheet which when completed can be entered into a competition!
